Arabian Adventures Meetings, Incentives and Events consists of a solution orientated team of 22 people that specialize in incoming groups to the United Arab Emirates. They are equipped to provide a wide range of exclusive services including full event management, negotiating and contracting hotel and venue space, arrivals and departure logistics, and creating and delivering one-off events, excursions and experiences. Their outstanding reputation for a creative approach, and their attention to detail continues to make them the first choice for some of the world’s most reputed incentive houses event management companies and corporate clients.
As the largest DMC in the region, handling over 100,000 clients a year, they have substantial purchasing power and influence with local suppliers to make things happen. Once the event is confirmed, our Event Management Team will work with you to fine tune the smallest detail that will provide you with total confidence in Arabian Adventures as your DMC. Our dedicated and attentive service is specifically designed to provide you a productive and trouble free pre-event planning
